Privacy Policy

Nole IT does not offer account registration or comments and does not ask visitors to enter personal information on the site.

Information That May Be Processed Automatically

The web server and security services may temporarily process basic access logs, including request time, requested URL, browser type, and IP address, for security and incident analysis.

Cookies and External Services

The site currently uses the Analytics 4 module of Google Site Kit and loads Google tag and advertising scripts on public pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on browsing history.

Google 광고 설정 / Google ad settings · 제3자 맞춤 광고 선택 / third-party personalized advertising choices · Google 파트너 사이트 데이터 사용 / data use on partner sites

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google ad settings above and use third-party advertising choices and browser cookie settings. Browser settings control cookie storage and deletion but do not replace all advertising-personalization preferences or service-specific data controls.

Server logs and service retention

Nginx on the current Oracle server is configured to rotate logs daily and keep up to 14 previous rotations. Empty logs do not rotate, so this does not mean every record is deleted after exactly 14 days. Incident investigation records and separate backups are distinct from this rotation setting. Google Analytics data follows separate retention settings in that service.

We use Oracle Cloud for hosting, Cloudflare for traffic delivery and security, and Google services for analytics and advertising. Service privacy information: Oracle privacy policy · Cloudflare privacy policy · Google privacy policy.

Analytics retention settings

The Google Analytics Admin API returned event-level retention of 2 months and user-level retention of 14 months for this site property on September 13, 2026. Resetting the user-data retention period on new user activity is enabled. This does not mean that all statistics and advertising data are deleted together after those periods. Aggregate reports and advertising services have separate processing scopes.

We also use Cloudflare’s browser-side performance measurement script. A Polylang cookie stores language selection, and Google Analytics may use cookies for visitor statistics. Cookie lifetime and server-side data retention are different settings.

Cookie choices and verification scope

On September 13, 2026, fresh anonymous browsers visiting the Korean and English public pages stored Google Analytics cookies before the visitor clicked a separate consent button. No on-site consent or rejection interface appeared in the connection environment checked. We therefore do not state that all analytics collection on this site starts only after a visitor makes a consent choice.

Turning off Google ad personalization is different from blocking Google Analytics visitor measurement. You can review your browser’s cookie blocking and deletion settings to limit cookie storage. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for desktop browsers. These choices do not stop server access logs or every form of processing by other services.

This observation covers one connection environment. It does not verify consent interfaces in other countries or regions, or processing after acceptance or rejection. Regional consent behavior remains unverified.
